Additional Services:
· If a specific combo lockbox is requested we charge the cost of the lockbox plus $10 service fee.
· Additional locks are charged at $12.
· We will secure windows on home with thumbscrew locks for $2.00 per window.
· Pool Gate Locks $15.00
· Yard Locks $15.00
